Latest Discounts: OnePlus 15R and Pixel 10 Series Price Drops

Last week, the OnePlus 15R 512GB received a £100 discount, making it more affordable than the 256GB version, which remains at the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Now, an additional £20 discount is available at checkout—though modest, it comes shortly after the phone's launch.

With this discount, the OnePlus 15R is now £40 cheaper than the Poco F8 Ultra. While the Poco offers advantages such as the faster Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset (compared to the OnePlus' Snapdragon 8 Gen 5) and a superior camera system with a larger 50MP main sensor (1/1.31” vs. 1/1.56”), as well as a higher resolution ultra-wide lens (50MP vs. 8MP) and a 50MP 5x periscope lens (compared to no telephoto camera on the OnePlus), the OnePlus 15R has its merits.

Conversely, the OnePlus 15R boasts a larger 7,400mAh battery (compared to the Poco's 6,550mAh), which provides better endurance (21:49h Active Use Score against 18:52h). While the Poco charges faster (39 minutes to full vs. 54 minutes for the OnePlus)—and also supports 50W wireless charging—it is worth considering which features are more important for individual preferences.

The Poco M8 and M8 Pro were launched in the second week of 2026. The standard M8 features a 6.77” OLED display (12-bit, 120Hz) coupled with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset (along with a microSD slot) and a 5,520mAh battery with 45W charging. Essentially, it is comparable to the Redmi Note 15 but lacks the 108MP camera; the Redmi Note 15 costs £200 on Amazon UK. The Poco M8 does come with £30 in Amazon Credit, though we still recommend considering the Redmi Note.

Then there's the Poco M8 Pro, a variant of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ without the 200MP camera. It offers a 50MP 1/1.55” sensor, which is an upgrade from the standard M8’s 50MP 1/2.88” sensor. The M8 Pro also features improved water resistance (IP68 vs. IP65), a more powerful Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset (as opposed to the 6 Gen 3), and a larger 6,500mAh battery with 100W charging (compared to the M8's 5,520mAh with 45W). It's worth considering the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, which is priced just £50 more on Amazon.

The Pixel 10, 10 Pro, and 10 Pro XL models are currently available with an additional £100 discount applicable at checkout. Both the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL are equipped with the Tensor G5 chipset and the same camera setup—a 50MP main sensor (1/1.31”), a 48MP 5x periscope, and a 48MP ultra-wide lens. However, the Pixel 10 Pro XL features a larger display (6.8” compared to 6.3”) and a bigger 5,200mAh battery (against the 4,870mAh), along with faster charging capabilities (45W wired and 25W wireless compared to 30W wired and 15W wireless).

The Pixel 10 features the same 6.3” display size as the 10 Pro, but with a lower-resolution 1080p+ non-LTPO panel, and it also uses the Tensor G5 chipset. The battery is slightly larger at 4,970mAh, with the same 30W wired and 15W wireless charging support. In its first year, it includes a telephoto camera with a 10.8MP 5x module. However, its main camera has been downgraded to a smaller 48MP 1/2” sensor, and the ultra-wide has a lower-resolution 13MP sensor. For further details, refer to our comparison article.

Despite the additional £100 discount at checkout, the Pixel 10 costs £200 more than the Pixel 9, which includes a complimentary 45W charger. Although the Tensor G4 is less powerful than the G5, both processors are not particularly impressive. The 2024 model also features a proper 50MP 1/1.31” main camera and a 48MP ultra-wide, while it lacks a dedicated telephoto lens. Interestingly, despite a smaller battery by 270mAh, the older Pixel 9 lasts longer than the Pixel 10, achieving an Active Use Score of 13:05h compared to 12:08h.
