The Realme Neo8 is set to launch tomorrow in China, with newly disclosed details emerging before the announcement. Realme has officially confirmed the phone’s camera specifications, while pricing information has also leaked.
In a series of posts shared on Weibo, the company highlighted that the Neo8 will feature a 50MP Sony IMX896 primary rear sensor.
Additionally, the device will include a 50MP periscope telephoto camera that offers 3.5x optical zoom, 7x lossless zoom, and 120x digital zoom. It is also anticipated to have an 8MP ultrawide lens at the rear, along with a 16MP selfie camera.
Conversely, pricing details for the Realme Neo8 have reportedly surfaced through Oppo’s AI-powered customer support chat.
According to the leak, the 12GB/256GB variant will retail for CNY 2,599 ($375), while the 12GB/512GB model may cost CNY 3,099 ($445). The 16GB/256GB version is expected to be priced at CNY 2,899 ($415), with the 16GB/512GB option priced at CNY 3,399 ($485). The top-tier 16GB/1TB variant is anticipated to carry a price tag of CNY 3,899 ($560).
Confirmed specifications include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC and a Samsung M14 OLED display featuring a refresh rate of 165Hz. The phone will be powered by an 8,000mAh battery and will be available in Cyber Purple, Mecha Grey, and Origin White color options.
