Citing poor sales performance over the past couple of years, a declining market share, and the closure of several offices worldwide, the article implied that the company was on the brink of shutting down.
In response, the CEO of OnePlus India swiftly issued an official statement to dispel these claims, reassuring fans and employees that the company's operations are ongoing without any issues.

It appears that some shareholders may have become anxious, as the statement seemed to directly urge them to "verify information from official sources."
Regardless of current challenges, OnePlus has the backing of Oppo, which famously supported the brand with a substantial $14 billion investment a few years ago.
