Analyst Jeff Pu from GF Securities has detailed the anticipated specifications for Apple's forthcoming foldable iPhone and the iPhone 18 Pro series, both expected to launch this September.
According to Pu, the iPhone Fold will feature a 7.8-inch inner display and a 5.3-inch cover screen. It will be powered by the A20 Pro chipset, along with Apple’s N2 chip. The device is expected to include 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, Touch ID, and the C2 modem.

In terms of photography, there will be a dual 48MP camera setup on the back, as well as 18MP cameras on the inside and cover displays for selfies.

Moving on to the iPhone 18 Pro series, both the 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max will also be equipped with the A20 Pro SoC, N2 chip, and C2 modem. Each variant is expected to feature 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 18MP front-facing cameras. However, recent reports suggest that all iPhone 18 models may include a 24MP selfie camera. For the rear cameras, both models are projected to have a 48MP main camera with variable aperture, accompanied by a 48MP periscope telephoto and a 48MP ultrawide camera.
The iPhone 18 Pro will reportedly have a 6.3-inch display, while the Pro Max is expected to feature a larger 6.9-inch display. Notably, both phones are rumored to include an under-display Face ID setup.
