T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T Score High in Latest Network Quality Performance Study

According to the most recent J.D. Power 2025 US Wireless Network Quality Performance Study, the top three wireless providers - Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile - have all achieved commendable performance levels across the board.

As mobile device usage decreases and the adoption of 5G technology increases, service-related issues have decreased, leading to a more competitive landscape among providers and a narrowing gap in network quality.

The study, which collected feedback from over 31,000 wireless users between December 2024 and May 2025, covers various regions in the US and evaluates network performance for smartphones, tablets, and mobile broadband.

Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile have consistently performed well in different regions, showcasing their commitment to delivering high-quality wireless services to consumers.
