Poco has expanded its X8 lineup with the launch of the new Poco X8s in global markets. Positioned as a compact yet feature-packed smartphone, the new model brings together a high-refresh-rate OLED display, a powerful mid-range chipset, and a versatile triple-camera setup.
The Poco X8s sports a 6.35-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The display can reach up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness and is surrounded by slim 1.18mm bezels for a more immersive viewing experience.
Performance duties are handled by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
For photography, the phone features a triple rear camera system led by a 50MP Light Fusion 800 main sensor. It is accompanied by a 50MP telephoto camera and an 8MP ultrawide shooter, while a 20MP front-facing camera takes care of selfies and video calls.
The Poco X8s is backed by a 6,330mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging. Other features include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, IP68 dust and water resistance, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, 5G connectivity, and Android 16-based HyperOS 3.
The smartphone is available in Blue, Black, and White color options for global buyers.
In terms of pricing, the 8GB/256GB variant has an early-bird price of $399, while the higher-end 12GB/512GB model is priced at $499.
