In an effort to expand its mid-range smartphone lineup, Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy M08 and F08 on its website in India. These newly announced devices are essentially rebranded versions of the Galaxy A08, offering consumers more choices within the same specifications.
The Galaxy M08 and F08 both feature a 6.7-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720x1600 pixels and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The camera setup includes a 50MP main shooter with f/1.8 aperture and autofocus capabilities, a 2MP depth sensor, and an 8MP selfie camera. Powering the devices is a robust 6,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.

Both models are equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99+ chipset, which is a slightly enhanced version of the G99, complemented by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. The M08 will be available in a sleek silver color, while the F08 will be offered in a striking dark blue.

The Galaxy M08 and F08 come with Android 17, layered with One UI 9, and promise security updates until September 30, 2032. Additionally, both devices boast an IP64 rating, ensuring resistance against dust and splashes.
Although official pricing details have yet to be announced, recent leaks suggest that both models will retail at INR 16,999 (approximately $176) upon their release.
