Honor Magic9 Pro Max Appears on Geekbench with Impressive Specs

The Honor Magic9 Pro Max has recently made waves in the tech community as it was discovered on the Geekbench online database. With its model number WKL-AN20, the upcoming flagship smartphone is set to impress with cutting-edge specifications.

According to the Geekbench results, the device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset, although the exact variant remains unspecified. The prototype that underwent testing features a whopping 16GB of RAM and is expected to ship with Android 17. It's worth noting that other configurations may be available upon launch.

It is important to mention that the benchmark results were derived from a prototype, which may not represent the final hardware and software aspects. Moreover, the device was tested using Geekbench version 6.7.1, making results non-comparable to newer versions such as Geekbench 7.

The Honor Magic9 series is set to be officially unveiled on September 28, and the Pro Max variant is expected to be the flagship of the lineup. One of its standout features will include an ARRI co-branded camera setup, boasting an impressive 200MP main camera with a 1/1.28" sensor, alongside a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with a 1/1.4" sensor. An ultrawide camera is also anticipated to be part of the package.

On the front, the device will incorporate Honor's signature 3D face unlocking technology, and rumors suggest a square selfie camera will be featured. Additionally, the Magic9 Pro Max will introduce Honor's latest operating system, MagicOS 11.
