The buzz around Xiaomi's upcoming budget smartphone, the Redmi 17 4G, is heating up as a retail listing has emerged in Poland, even before the device has been officially unveiled. This early appearance indicates that the launch could be right around the corner.

According to the leaked details, the Redmi 17 4G will feature a substantial 7,500 mAh battery, which is a pleasant surprise as European versions of similar models often come equipped with smaller batteries.
However, the leaked pricing information has proven to be more favorable than anticipated. Two listings have appeared at a Polish retailer, showcasing the device in both Green and Blue colors, available in two memory configurations: 4GB/128GB and 4GB/256GB. The cost for the 128GB variant is PLN 900 (€210), while the 256GB version is priced at PLN 1,100 (€255).
This shift in pricing aligns with analysts' predictions regarding the increasing costs of RAM, potentially leading manufacturers to reintroduce 4GB memory chips in budget smartphones.
For now, we eagerly await Xiaomi's official announcement, which will shed more light on the Redmi 17 4G's features, specifications, and additional models in the lineup.
