Apple's Record Q3 Performance Driven by Strong iPhone Sales and Service Growth

In a remarkable display of resilience, Apple has achieved yet another record-breaking financial quarter, with robust iPhone sales and a surge in services revenue counterbalancing global supply chain challenges in the memory chip sector. Apple’s revenues soared to $109.4 billion for the quarter ending June 27, 2026, marking a 16% increase compared to the previous year. Net profits also experienced a noteworthy rise, reaching $29.8 billion, which represents a significant 27% increase from Q3 2025.

iPhone sales remained a stronghold for Apple, with revenue from this segment reaching $54.2 billion during the quarter, showcasing a remarkable 21% growth year over year. The company's diversified services division, which includes digital content, cloud solutions, financial services, and advertising, also thrived, contributing $30.7 billion to total revenue. Apple announced that it now has 1.5 billion paid subscriptions across its various platforms.

Additional revenue streams highlighted a strong performance in the Mac product line, which experienced a 29% increase to $10.3 billion.
