Motorola is set to launch the Edge 70 Max on July 15. The company has already shared insights into the smartphone's design and confirmed the processor it will utilize. Now, Indian online retailer Flipkart has provided additional information, particularly regarding the mobile device's battery capacity and charging capabilities.

The Motorola Edge 70 Max will feature a robust 7,100 mAh battery, supporting 90W wired charging and the industry’s only fast magnetic wireless charging at 25W.

Flipkart also disclosed that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and will offer up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. An advanced ArcticMesh cooling system will feature a 5,500mm vapor cooling chamber to enhance performance.

Motorola has previously mentioned that the Edge 70 Max will incorporate a QuadHD+ display with an impressive brightness of 7,000 nits. According to Flipkart, this display will be an LTPO panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and boasting a 10-bit color depth.

The back panel of the Edge 70 Max will be crafted from glass, while the frame will consist of aluminum. Additionally, the smartphone is promoted as being capable of supporting 120FPS gaming in BGMI.
