Samsung has announced the removal of the Vascular Load feature from its smartwatches in the United States. This change will take effect with the rollout of Samsung Health version 7.0 and One UI 9 Watch, expected in late July.

The upcoming Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, rumored to launch on July 22, will come pre-installed with One UI 9 Watch. Existing devices will receive updates gradually thereafter.

Once Vascular Load is discontinued, users will no longer see this data in Samsung Health. However, it can still be retrieved at any time by navigating to More options > Settings > Download personal data.

To replace Vascular Load, Samsung is introducing a new feature called Blood Pressure Trend, which will be included in the upcoming Galaxy Watch. This feature will periodically monitor blood pressure and display trends over time while offering tips to encourage healthy habits. Users will need to use a blood pressure cuff to set up this tracking feature on their Galaxy Watch.
