The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro is set to be unveiled in China tomorrow, and the company has confirmed that it will soon be available in global markets. Internationally, it will be branded as the RedMagic Astra 2.
Although a specific global launch date has not been announced, the Astra 2 is expected to feature the same specifications as its Chinese variant.
The Gaming Tablet 5 Pro will be equipped with a 9.06-inch OLED display offering 2.4K resolution and a 185Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and designed with an efficient liquid cooling system.
Additionally, RedMagic has confirmed that the device will include an 8,300mAh battery with 80W fast charging, dual USB Type-C ports, and an integrated PC emulator that allows users to play Steam games.
It's worth noting that the RedMagic Astra, a rebranded edition of the Gaming Tablet 3 Pro, made its global debut in July of last year.
