Samsung's Galaxy A27 was first rumored in November and later appeared in the Geekbench database in early April, followed by leaked renders shortly after.
Today, Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy A27 is a forthcoming device. While this confirmation is not unexpected, it is reassuring to have official acknowledgment. Although the company has yet to unveil the phone entirely, it has been listed as compatible with Samsung Wallet on its Brazilian website, as shown in the screenshot below.

The Galaxy A27 will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC, along with 6GB of RAM, and it will run on Android 16 upon launch. Its design is expected to align with that of the currently available Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57. Previous rumors suggest that the A27 will feature a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. Additionally, it is said to boast a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
