Google has begun rolling out an updated version of the Gemini app for iOS. Users on Reddit have shared images showcasing the revamped user interface, which includes numerous visual enhancements. Notably, the start screen now features an animated background that complements the search text box.

Additionally, the plus (+) button now reveals a more extensive set of search options, allowing users to explore images, camera input, music, canvas, deep research, guided learning, and a "more uploads" tab that can utilize files and resources from NotebookLM. Being an iOS release, the app also incorporates Liquid Glass design elements, characterized by semi-transparent features.
The updated Gemini app interface is currently being rolled out to select iOS users, with an eventual release for Android anticipated, although Google has not yet provided a specific timeline.
