The Motorola Razr Fold was first announced at CES earlier this year and has recently gone on sale in select global markets, including the UK and Europe. Now, Motorola has officially confirmed that the Razr Fold will also be launched in India.
In a recent social media post, Motorola India teased the upcoming launch, subtly hinting at the Razr Fold. The post reads, “Something flawless is coming soon,” and while it does not explicitly name the device, the teaser image clearly illustrates a book-style foldable. Additionally, a Flipkart landing page confirms that it is indeed the Razr Fold and reveals that the official announcement will take place later this month.
The Motorola Razr Fold represents the company’s first book-style foldable smartphone, boasting an 8.1-inch inner folding display and a 6.6-inch cover screen. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and includes a robust 6,000mAh battery.
Regarding photography capabilities, the device features a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, it incorporates a 20MP camera on the inner display and a 32MP camera on the outer screen.
