Today, the same source has allegedly confirmed that the Galaxy Z Fold Wide (or whatever its final name will be) will also incorporate a similarly small hole-punch for its cover display's selfie camera. This design is expected to feature the smallest hole punches ever seen on Samsung's foldable devices.
The Galaxy Z Fold Wide is anticipated to be unveiled alongside the Fold8, likely at Samsung's next Unpacked event in July. This move appears to be a direct response to the upcoming iPhone Fold, which is rumored to have a similarly wide form factor and is expected to be announced in September.
