Samsung has announced a new feature for Samsung Wallet named Trips. This functionality "consolidates travel plans," providing a single access point for all travel details and eliminating the need to manage multiple apps and confirmations, as stated by the Korean tech giant.
Trips introduces a Trip timeline that organizes all travel-related plans into a cohesive view. This addition adds structure to busy itineraries and ensures a smoother journey from start to finish. As you add eligible items to Samsung Wallet, the Trips feature will group them by time and location.
The Trips feature accommodates reservations for hotels, flight itineraries, car rentals, excursions, and tickets for buses, trains, theme parks, and sporting events. It also allows users to manually add itinerary items and include memos alongside saved entries.
Trips will be launched in Samsung Wallet across Korea, the US, and the UK later this month.
