Introduction
Tecno is set to make waves in the smartphone market with the anticipated release of its latest models, the Spark 50 Pro and Pova 8. The company has prioritized battery performance, revealing significant enhancements over previous models. Here's a closer look at the battery capacities that promise extended usage time for tech-savvy consumers.
At the MWC held in Barcelona earlier this month, Tecno teased the Pova 8, which has just been confirmed through a TUV listing. This listing reveals a substantial 7,750 mAh battery capacity, a noteworthy upgrade from its predecessor's 6,000 mAh battery.
Additionally, the recently launched Spark 50 5G has introduced a new variant, the Spark 50 Pro, which is yet to be officially announced. However, this model has also surfaced in TUV documentation, showcasing a robust 5,800 mAh battery. While this is smaller than the Pova 8's battery, it marks an improvement over the Spark 40 Pro, which comes equipped with a 5,200 mAh battery.

This year, Tecno appears to prioritize longevity, employing Si/C technology to significantly enhance battery capacities compared to previous generations. Consequently, users can expect a premium experience on these handsets, with battery life that caters to even the most intensive usage demands.
