In an exciting development for Samsung users, the tech giant has announced an expansion of its One UI 8.5 beta program. This latest round now includes the Galaxy S23 series - which also encompasses the Galaxy S23 FE - along with the Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5, and Galaxy A36.
The beta is rolling out in select markets, such as India, Korea, the UK, and the US. For those in the supported regions, a promotional banner for the beta program can be found within the Samsung Members app. However, keep in mind that this rollout is staggered, meaning it may take some time before you gain access to the beta version.
The One UI 8.5 beta also introduces new features, including support for AirDrop functionality via Quick Share, which is available for the Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy S24 family, Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Z Fold7, and Galaxy Z Flip7.
Samsung has confirmed that the One UI 8.5 beta program will see further expansion to additional Galaxy devices later this month, promising even more users the chance to experience the latest software enhancements.
