If the rumors are accurate, Apple is poised to enter the foldable smartphone market later this year, coinciding with the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro series. The iPhone Fold has been the focus of extensive speculation, offering a detailed glimpse into its anticipated design. Recently, a new set of CAD-based renders shared by Sonny Dickson provides further insight into the device's appearance.

Consistent with earlier rumors, the iPhone Fold is expected to feature a design similar to Google’s first-generation Pixel Fold, including a wide cover screen. The front panel is rumored to measure 5.5 inches and will likely include a single punch-hole cutout at the top for the selfie camera. Speculation suggests a 4:3 aspect ratio, enhancing usability compared to the square-like dimensions typical of most current book-style foldables.
The iPhone Fold will reportedly showcase a camera plateau housing two sensors and an LED flash, expected to be 48MP each based on recent speculations.

The main display, estimated to be 7.8 inches, is anticipated to have a slight crease, with a punch-hole cutout located in the top left corner. Both selfie cameras are speculated to provide an 18MP resolution.
Furthermore, the foldable iPhone is expected to incorporate a liquid metal hinge complemented by a titanium frame, aimed at ensuring the device remains lightweight. The iPhone Fold is also expected to house a 5,500 mAh battery and could become Apple’s most expensive model, starting at over $2,000.
