With production numbers falling behind its baseline counterpart and the high-end Galaxy S26 Ultra, this model seems to be trailing in the shadows of its more popular siblings.

According to reliable sources such as Ice Universe and The Elec, the Galaxy S26 Plus will feature a 6.66-inch display, similar to the previous model, and may even be marketed as a 6.7-inch screen. Meanwhile, the base model S26 is anticipated to expand slightly in size compared to the Galaxy S25, thereby reducing the significance of the "Plus" designation for this year's edition.

Continuing Legacy and Features

Samsung has confirmed that the S26 Plus will rely heavily on the same display panel as the Galaxy S25 Plus. Plans to introduce a new OLED display for the anticipated Galaxy S26 Edge were dropped, leading to minimal changes aside from some updates in cover glass and assembly components.

The Uncertainty of the Galaxy S26 Edge

The fate of the Galaxy S26 Edge remains shrouded in mystery, plagued by conflicting reports regarding its launch or cancellation. Following the underperformance of the Galaxy S25 Edge, along with a similar fate for Apple's iPhone 17 Air, the introduction of the S26 Edge has complicated the situation for Samsung.
