Realme is set to launch its Neo8 series in China soon, and detailed specifications have emerged from a listing on China’s TENAA certification agency. According to the listing, the Neo8 features a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels and a 165Hz refresh rate.

Furthermore, Realme has announced that the Neo8 will include a flagship Samsung M14 OLED panel, providing up to 1,000 nits peak manual brightness and up to 6,500 nits peak local brightness. The Samsung M14 is the most advanced mobile OLED material from Samsung Display, offering enhanced brightness and improved power efficiency compared to its predecessor, the M13. The panel also houses a 16MP selfie camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

In terms of performance, the Neo8 is powered by the non-Elite Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, accompanied by up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
On the rear, it features a 50MP primary camera paired with a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3.5x optical zoom, as well as an 8MP ultrawide lens. Realme has incorporated a significant 8,000mAh battery with 80W charging support. The device's dimensions are 162 x 77.07 x 8.3 mm, and it weighs 215 grams. It also boasts IP68/69 ingress protection and runs on Android 16 with Realme UI 7 on top.
