Samsung's upcoming premium A-series smartphone, the Galaxy A57, is expected to introduce a flexible OLED display for the first time. According to reports, this panel will be sourced from Chinese display manufacturer CSOT.
While CSOT will not be the sole supplier of the flexible OLED panels for the Galaxy A57, this will be the first instance where Samsung looks beyond its own Samsung Display for displays.
The Galaxy A56 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display.Reports indicate that Samsung Display will still supply a larger number of units compared to CSOT. The introduction of a flexible OLED panel is likely to result in slimmer and more uniform side bezels for the Galaxy A57, marking a departure from the rigid OLED panels used in earlier Galaxy A series models.
Additionally, CSOT is expected to provide flexible OLED screens for the upcoming Galaxy S26 FE.
