
The iQOO 15 debuted in China in October and began its rollout to other countries a month later. vivo's sub-brand is currently developing the iQOO 15 Ultra, as revealed by recent rumors from Digital Chat Station on Weibo. This device was initially mentioned in October, and new details have emerged.
The iQOO 15 Ultra is slated for an official launch before February 17. It will be geared towards gaming enthusiasts, featuring an active cooling fan and shoulder buttons. Notably, this fan will be the largest ever integrated into a smartphone, offering exceptional cooling performance.
iQOO 15Reports suggest that iQOO may assert that this advanced cooling system will enable the 15 Ultra's performance to approach that of next-generation chipsets, like the Dimensity 9600 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6.
The device will feature the same high-end Samsung display panel as the iQOO 15, which is also expected to be used in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. This includes a 6.85-inch screen, a resolution of 1440x3168, a refresh rate of 144Hz, and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
