Redmi Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Pro Chipsets Leaked: What to Expect

In recent months, numerous rumors regarding the Redmi Turbo 5 series have emerged. A new leak now highlights the chipsets anticipated to power both the Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Pro.

A tipster on Weibo reports that the Redmi Turbo 5 will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC, while the Turbo 5 Pro is expected to utilize the Dimensity 9500e chipset.

It is important to note that both Dimensity chipsets have not yet been officially announced. Recent rumors suggest that the Redmi Turbo 5 series could launch alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra on December 25, although another source indicates the phones may debut in January 2026.

Earlier rumors have indicated that the Turbo 5 will come equipped with a 6.6-inch display featuring a 1.5K resolution, a metal frame, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and a robust 7,500mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Turbo 5 Pro is rumored to offer a larger 9,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging capability. It is also expected to feature a metal frame, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and an LTPS OLED display with a 1.5K resolution.
