Poco has officially announced that it will unveil the Poco M8 in India on January 8 at 12 PM local time.
The company has stated that the Poco M8 is "built for a new generation of users seeking performance with standout aesthetics." It promises a fresh design-oriented approach to the mid-range smartphone market in India.
Although Poco has yet to reveal the complete specifications of the M8, they have disclosed that it will be just 7.35mm thin and weigh 178 grams, making it the "slimmest and lightest" smartphone in its category.

In addition, an image shared by Poco showcases the M8's design, which features a curved display and a squircle-shaped camera module on the rear. The primary camera is believed to use a 50MP sensor.
The details surrounding this camera system remain limited, but Poco claims the M8 will "aim to redefine design and durability standards in its segment." It will be interesting to see what features the M8 will offer.
