The Poco M8 is set to be officially unveiled on January 8. Ahead of the launch, Poco has begun a teaser campaign, showcasing the device's design. The M8 Pro is expected to debut alongside the M8 on the same date.
While Poco has not disclosed pricing details, a Russian retailer has prematurely listed both models.

Pricing can vary significantly due to differing taxes worldwide, but the M8 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is listed at RUB 26,817 in Russia, roughly translating to $340, €289, or ₹30,500.
Additionally, the 512GB storage variant is priced at RUB 31,167 (approximately $396, €336, or ₹35,500). The Poco M8 Pro with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is tagged at RUB 36,242 (around $460, €391, or ₹41,300), while the Pro version featuring 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage is priced at RUB 38,793 (about $492, €418, or ₹44,200).

According to these listings, the Poco M8 boasts a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC. It features a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, a 20MP front camera, and a 5,520 mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging.
On the other hand, the Poco M8 Pro comes with a 6.83-inch quad-curved AMOLED display, also with a 120Hz refresh rate, and is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 32MP selfie camera, and is powered by a 6,500 mAh battery with 100W wired charging support.
