In October, Nissan revealed a minor refresh for the Ariya and Ariya Nismo models. The company has now announced the release dates in Japan: the updated Ariya will launch on February 20, followed by the Ariya Nismo on March 19.
The refreshed Ariya features a redesigned front with a body-colored grille and new 20-inch wheels crafted from a combination of aluminum and resin. Buyers can choose from three two-tone and five monotone color options. While the interior design remains unchanged, a new White/Green color scheme has been added.

The infotainment system has been upgraded with Google integration, likely based on Android Automotive, offering Google Maps and access to the Google Play Store. Additionally, Nissan’s battery conditioning system now interfaces with the navigation system to automatically manage battery temperature based on the planned route.

Vehicle-to-load (V2L) support is included, providing up to 1,500W of power supply for external appliances. For the Japanese market, suspension tuning has been softened for improved ride comfort. The vehicle also features intelligent distance control, enabling it to maintain a set distance while following the vehicle ahead, adapting to acceleration and deceleration smoothly.

The refreshed Ariya Nismo shares the updated Android Automotive infotainment, V2L functionality, and advanced intelligent distance control features available in the standard Ariya.
