Last week, Xiaomi teased the upcoming flagship Xiaomi 17 Ultra, set to debut in China this week. The company has now officially revealed the launch date, design details, and color options for the phone.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be unveiled in China on December 25, according to an official Weibo post. Alongside the launch date, Xiaomi shared images showcasing the phone’s rear design and available colors.
The device will come in three color variants: a new Starry Green, White, and Black. The teasers confirm that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will feature a triple rear camera setup.
The Starry Green model stands out with mineral particles embedded in its rear panel, providing a unique metallic finish. Xiaomi also revealed additional design cues, including a flat display, segmented volume buttons, and a body measuring 8.29mm thick.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. Rumors suggest the phone will include a 1-inch main rear sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, and upgraded Leica optics. A global launch is anticipated in the coming months.
