Just over a week ago, rumors emerged that vivo was developing the X200T. Today, a complete leak of its specifications has surfaced, detailing a device that closely mirrors an existing model.
The vivo X200T reportedly features a 6.67-inch flat LTPS OLED display with a "1.5K" resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits in High Brightness Mode.
At its core, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The rear camera setup consists of three 50MP sensors: a main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) using Sony's IMX921 sensor, an ultrawide lens utilizing Samsung's JN1 sensor, and a periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom powered by Sony's IMX882 sensor.

For selfies, there is a 32MP front-facing camera. The device is backed by a 6,200 mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, an IR blaster, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Additional hardware highlights include an X-axis linear haptic motor, dual stereo speakers, and IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance. The phone measures 7.99mm in thickness and weighs between 203g and 205g, depending on the variant.
These specifications closely match those of the vivo X200s. If the leak proves accurate, vivo appears to be reintroducing the X200s under the X200T name, for reasons yet unclear. The device is expected to be priced around INR 60,000 in the Indian market.
