Samsung recently unveiled the Exynos 2600 chipset, rumored to power the upcoming Galaxy S26 series in at least one market.
A new report from Korea now confirms that Samsung will also equip the Galaxy Z Flip8, expected this summer, with the Exynos 2600. This follows the Galaxy Z Flip7, which was Samsung's first foldable device to use an Exynos SoC — the Exynos 2500. While the Flip8 adopting the latest Exynos chip is unsurprising, early confirmation provides valuable insight ahead of its release.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold8 is reportedly set to continue using Qualcomm's flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Elite, just as its predecessor did.
