Just over a week ago, reports emerged that vivo is developing the X200T. Now, the complete specifications of the device have allegedly leaked, revealing a familiar lineup of features. The phone is said to sport a 6.67-inch flat LTPS OLED display with a "1.5K" resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive 1,600-nit high brightness mode.
Under the hood, the X200T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, complemented by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) using Sony’s IMX921, a 50MP ultra-wide Samsung JN1 sensor, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens featuring 3x optical zoom with Sony’s IMX882 sensor.

For selfies, the device houses a 32MP front-facing camera. Power is supplied by a 6,200mAh battery, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Connectivity and additional features include Wi-Fi 7, NFC, an IR blaster, Bluetooth 5.4, an X-axis linear haptic motor, dual stereo speakers, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The device also carries IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance. It measures 7.99mm in thickness and weighs between 203g and 205g depending on the variant.
These specifications closely mirror those of the vivo X200s. If this leak is accurate, vivo appears to be rebranding the X200s as the X200T, though the rationale behind this decision remains unclear. Reports also suggest that the X200T will be priced around INR 60,000 in the Indian market.
