The Valour Ring 1 offers comprehensive health monitoring features, including 24/7 heart rate tracking, heart rate variability (HRV) analysis, SpO2 measurement, step counting, VO2 Max estimation, skin temperature monitoring, and advanced sleep-stage tracking.
