Xiaomi is reportedly preparing to launch several new devices by the end of this month, including the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro, which is expected to feature a sizable 9,000mAh battery.
However, the company has even bigger plans for battery capacity in the near future. According to recent rumors, Xiaomi will release a smartphone next year equipped with a massive 10,000mAh battery. This device will support 100W wired charging as well as rapid wireless charging, promising significantly reduced charging times.

Remarkably, despite the enormous battery size, the phone’s thickness is expected to be under 8.5mm, a notable engineering accomplishment. Similarly, Honor is also developing a smartphone with a 10,000mAh battery and 100W wired charging in its Win series, signaling a trend toward multi-day battery life regardless of usage intensity.
It remains unclear whether Xiaomi’s new high-capacity battery phone will carry the Xiaomi brand or fall under the Redmi or Poco sub-brands. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
