Samsung is preparing to launch its first-ever tri-fold smartphone, reportedly named the Galaxy Z TriFold, as soon as next month. Recent leaks have provided detailed insights into this innovative device, shedding light on its display sizes, camera capabilities, and battery capacity.

Renowned leakster Evan Blass has revealed that the Galaxy Z TriFold will feature a 6.5-inch cover display alongside a spacious 10-inch internal screen. The outer display is expected to offer an impressive peak brightness of 2,600 nits, while the inner panel will have a peak brightness of 1,600 nits, promising excellent visibility even in bright lighting conditions.

The device will boast a powerful 200MP primary rear camera, setting a new benchmark for photography in foldable smartphones. Powering the Galaxy Z TriFold will be a sizable 5,437mAh battery, ensuring enough endurance for a full day of use. Additionally, the tri-fold design results in slightly varying thicknesses across the three unfolded panels, measuring 3.9mm, 4.0mm, and 4.2mm respectively. When fully folded, the device is rumored to be around 14mm thick, giving a sense of its compactness despite the triple display.
