Today, Samsung has introduced its newest 37-inch monitor as part of the ViewFinity S8 line-up. Positioned between the existing 32" and 43" models, this monitor offers exceptional readability, an ideal viewing distance, and a comfortable field of view, according to the company's official announcement.
The 37" monitor boasts a 16:9 aspect ratio and provides enhanced workspace compared to the 32" version, all while maintaining UHD resolution for sharp details, as Samsung guarantees.
Even with identical display settings, text appears larger on the 37" screen, making details more prominent and information easier to understand at a glance. This monitor is designed to deliver a big-screen experience tailored for collaboration when standing, presenting, or sharing the display with colleagues.
The new 37" monitor has been certified by TÜV Rheinland as an "Ergonomic Workspace Display", acknowledging its design for reducing visual fatigue during tasks like text editing and enhancing task immersion. Additionally, it features an Intelligent Eye Care function that minimizes blue light and flicker, reducing eye strain and also TÜV-certified.
Other features include built-in keyboard, video, and mouse switch for controlling two devices simultaneously, picture-by-picture and picture-in-picture modes for better multitasking, a USB-C port with 90W charging, built-in LAN port, and an Easy Setup Stand that requires no additional tools for installation.
For gamers, Samsung also offers a gaming-oriented version in 37", the Odyssey G7, featuring 1000R curvature, 4K UHD resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms response time for an immersive gaming experience.
